A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final service total. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Lash extensions typically last 2-4 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and how well you care for them. We recommend fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain your full, beautiful look.
Most clients find the process very relaxing! You'll lie comfortably with your eyes closed while we carefully apply each lash extension. There's no pain involved – many clients even fall asleep. If you experience any discomfort, please let us know immediately.
Yes, but we recommend being gentle around the eye area. Avoid waterproof mascara (it can damage the extensions), and never use mascara on the bottom lashes. We suggest using oil-free, extension-safe makeup products and cleaning your lashes daily.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The $25 deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled with proper notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Allergic reactions are rare but possible, usually to the adhesive. During your consultation, we can perform a patch test on your wrist 24 hours before your appointment to check for sensitivities. If you have any known adhesive allergies, please let us know before booking.
Lash fill appointments typically take 45-60 minutes, depending on how much maintenance is needed. Regular fills every 2-3 weeks will help keep your appointment time shorter and your lashes looking fresh.
